Our studio apartment offers everything you need for a self-catered long or short stay in the Newmarket area. We are ideal for the nearby races or Tattersalls horse sales. We offer a kitchenette with Hob, Oven/Microwave, Sink & Fridge/Freezer. A luxury shower room with ceiling rain shower awaits you. There is a TV and sofa for relaxing and large patio doors onto the garden. You are welcome to use the garden in summer months. We also offer free off-street parking for 1 car (further free parking is available on-street). We also have an EV charger available for a small daily fee. We leave you to yourself, we don't offer any room service but we are available nearby for any queries or problems. The entire property is non-smoking. Whole studio apartment. A bus stop is immediately outside the property but services are infrequent. Parking is available onsite for 1 car. Additional parking is available on the street. The nearest train station (Dullingham) is about 1 mile away. No pets, parties, gatherings or other events allowed in the property.
