Kolbroek Cottage

Two bedroom cottage on a farm style small holding. Close to shops and restaurants. The cottage has amazing views with great bird life. The cottage is private and cozy, nestled amoungst indigenous gardens. If you enjoy outdoors, animals, stunning views you will love kolbroek. It is private and spacious as well as only 5 min from a mall. We are on a 5 acre property with gorgeous gardens. We have 5 dogs, a cat, and chickens on the property. Enjoy a braai or fire pit where you can sit and unwind after a busy day. 20minutes from Durban 10minutes from valley of 1000 hills 1.5 hours from Nottingham road 2 hours from Underberg 35minutes from king shaka international airport You have access to the whole house. The garden is open to walk around,please note 2 families live on the property so please be mindful of this. You will be given a remote for the electric gate and can come and go as you please. We are on the same property so am available most of the time. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We are close enough to the mall for all resturants, shops but far enough to have a relaxing private stay. You will need a car. Uber is available but it is much easier to have your own transportation. We hope all our guests have a great, relaxing stay. Please be respectful of the house and property. No loud music or parties.
