Beautiful and tranquil home, (gym room/parking) surrounded by large garden. Area filled with local producers for fresh fruit/veg, farm fresh eggs etc. Home is perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain and make use of fully equipped kitchen. Only 15-30' drive from city vibes. -The best quality about the house is that the living space is all on one level so any room you look out of you see garden and surrounded by nature. House is perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining. - All rooms have high ceilings and are very bright. - Living room and dining room (which sits 8-10 persons) are in one space with fire place. There is a connecting door which leads to TV room which is super cosy and from there the only area of house that has a small staircase which leeds to the office area - Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances. 2 ovens, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and all kinds of appliances from Kitchen Aid mixer to juicer, kettle, toaster etc. kitchen also has dining table which sits 6 persons. - Guest bathroom available - The house is a 3 bedroom home but one of the bedrooms i've turned into a small gym with treadmill and a variety of fitness gadgets. - The 2 bedrooms are large with high ceilings both with double beds, en suite bathrooms and both look out to the garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet and in the bathroom both shower AND bath tub. - Large hallway with built in cabinets. - Furniture is of top quality and designer brands - Double glazed windows throughout the house - In the basement is the garage and laundry room with washer and dryer. - Towels and sheets available - Outdoor space there is a very long built dining table which sits 18-20 persons and 4 picnic tables - Top quality alarm system - Guest will have access to the whole living space area indoors and outdoors. And in the basement the garage and the laundry room. Access to all appliances from the kitchen to the gym. - Interaction with guests will be upon arrival to show them around and from there on it's up to the guest. I can be available upon request to show them around the area or suggest extracurricular activities. There is a bedroom in the basement that i could live in but only if guests have no problem with it. - As i am a chef guests can be provided with private chefing upon request and with extra charge. - Best quality of neighborhood is the local producers offering a large variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, daily fresh farm eggs, meat/poultry and an amazing bakery with local traditional goodies. There are also 2 large supermarkets for all other necessities. - There are a couple of banks and post office in close proximity Plus it is a very tranquil and nature orientated neighborhood where upon waking up you could see sheep feeding themselves on the lands surrounding the house. - Car is a must to get around however there are buses and taxis available for transport. - Maid service can be provided once every 5 days. If guests need more often or in house it can be provided with extra charge - Chef services can also be provided with extra charge
