Gas heat, hot water & stovetop/oven. Central air. Gas fireplace. Can easily accommodate 5-6 adults by offering 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each), 2 full bathrooms (1 is private), 1 full-size couch, 2 oversized chairs, kitchen table that seats 4 and 2 bar stools. I also offer air mattresses to sleep larger parties (5-6). Each bedroom includes a luggage rack, closet space for added convenience. Other amenities include: Keurig coffee maker (coffee & tea included), dishwasher (detergent included), microwave, gas stove + range, pots, pans, bake-ware, utensils, and place settings for up to 6. Washer + dryer (detergent, fabric softener included), iron + ironing board and hairdryers in each bathroom are also available. Additionally, home also offers plenty of washcloths, towels, as well as extra pillows and blankets. There's also a fenced in backyard with a small brick patio available for your enjoyment and relaxation. Check-in time is anytime after 3pm. If other arrangements need to be made, please let me know ahead of time. You will have access to the entire house during your stay, with the exception of the attic. There is also a 1-car garage available for compact cars/small SUVs, along with room for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Another vehicle can be parked on the street in front of my home (note: room for only one). This home is also part of a neighborhood watch. Myself and/or my co-host will be available by phone/text to provide any type of guidance/help that may be needed. We want your stay to be as enjoyable and memorable as possible. But please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will take action ASAP. However, there is no 24/7 guest concierge/service line available. Bay Pointe is a neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky located off of Chamberlain Ln, seated in between Brownsboro Rd and Westport Rd. It provides easy access to interstates 71 and 265, and a variety of East Louisville's most highly desirable amenities. This home also provides quick access to hospitals, urgent care centers and pharmacies. It’s also close to other popular stores such as Target, Kroger, Costco, Lowe’s, Cabelas and more. This home offers convenient access to TARC, Louisville's public transportation, with express service available to downtown 4th and Main St, M-F, via the 64X bus. This "park and TARC" service picks up less than 1 mile away. This home is also a short Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride away from downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs and the airport. Location is everything when it comes to amenities.
