Brand new villa with 3 bedroom 5 beds and alot of parking places.Can sleep up to 8 people.The pool is 7.5*4.2 and children pool.Inside the house there is a big area for the kitchen and livingroom there are three bedrooms the one with private bathroom and king size bed mattress orthopaedic and one common bath room is one master bedroom with double bed mattress orthopaedic and a bedroom with two double floor beds .Pool equipped with sunbeds for everyone and BBQ. IMPORTANT: In response to COVID-19, this property has extended cleaning & disinfection measures & protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests. Villa is located in the middle of the state Rethymno.That means you are 18 minutes from the north coast and 18 minutes to the south coast with the virgn beach of famous Preveli.The house is fully equipped and has a very big pool (7.5*4.5) and children pool.The house has tripled glazed windows and it is constructed as a passive house that mean no energy is wasted.The house is locaded on the national road for going to Kotsifou canyon The customer should have car because it is 20km from Rethymno, very easy to find since they are signs on the national road.There is a regular bus schedule. Upon arrival at villa Gose, a welcome basket is served with raki produced by us and fruits and olive oil from the olive trees outside of the villa. There is bbq facilities next to the pool. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas and NETFLIX on TV via Apple TV. Inside the house you will find iron,iron board, children's high chair, baby cot,baby life jacket for the pool, hair dryer,welcome basket,free parking space in a gated area next to the villa. We are available 24/7 at anything you mind think.(we can do for you almost everything don't hesitate to ask) Benefits of the location are: 10 minutes to go to Kourtaliotis and Kotsifou gorges,15 minutes for the famous village of Plakias and from the most well known beach in the south coast ,25 minutes to the virgins bays of Triopetra and Saint Paul, 15 minutes by car you can visit the famous Preveli monastery with virgin beach and palm trees. The schedule of the bus is twice a day but it's better to rent a car to visit the very nice beach of the villages around. You can rent car from the cars we provide for the villa in discount price(extra charge).
