Apartment Otto: Out in the country

We pay particular attention to the disinfection of all surfaces and the laundry !!! Vacation at home, with WiFi for families. You can expect a fully equipped, newly renovated, rustic apartment in the attic of our old farmhouse in a rest yard. The farm is located in the middle of the Westhavelland nature park and is only an hour away by train from Berlin. Arriving later is not a problem for us. Do not include children under the age of 12 while booking. Our apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, a stove with oven and everything else you need. In the living area there is a sofa bed that offers two additional beds. Since it is a very old farmhouse, the height of the beams in the living room is unfortunately only 1.95 meters. A high chair and a cot are available. The nearby swimming lake is only 800 meters away on foot. Whether relaxed cycling through the fields in summer, swimming at the lake or in the Havel, or ice skating on the Havel meadows in winter and watching the geese and cranes returning on the flood meadows in the evening. Those who love nature are always in good hands here. It is only 13 km to the star park in Gülpe (the darkest place in Germany). Dogs or horses can be brought on request. We have a communal garden with a small pool (90 cm deep), a swing, lots of space to play, barbecue and seating. We live in the neighboring house and are there for you after work. We are always available by phone. Enjoy the freedom of nature. If you want, you can still walk around for hours without meeting anyone. The bus goes to Rathenow every two hours. From there, there is an hourly train to Berlin. In our village there are three restaurants, a bakery (with breakfast) and an organic farmer with a farm shop (always Thursday sales day). In the pension "Am Dorfanger" (3 minutes walk from us) you can have breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (buffet) by prior telephone registration.
