Romantic double room in a country cottage

Cottage, situated in a small rustic village, next to a farm, with free view on 30.000 Ha nature reserve. In the cottage are 2 rooms available, see advertisement. Both have private bathrooms. Big wintergarden available with a free view for breakfast and relaxing. price is without breakfast but breakfast can be provided. price for 2 persons is 100 euro Breakfast in beautifull open kitchen or in the wintergarden with sublime view, wintergarden has floorheating and an extra cosy woodburner. Access to hall, bathroom, bedroom and for breakfast to wintergarden or kitchen. Watching TV in the study can be discussed. I live in the house myself but during daytime I am mainly outside because of the work with horses and hounds. Little village with a local pub and a small shop. Near to the village are some castles and small restaurants. Further famous golfcourses and spa's in Karlovy Vary (40 minutes drive) and in Maransky Lazny (60 minutes). Little golfcourse at 10 minutes drive. Prague 75 minutes drive.
