Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips. This quaint apartment has a great view of the lake the woods and the garden. you'll have access to the lake, the kayaks, the private stone beach and the fire pit. The two bedrooms have barn door closures, and a soft grey interior gives a warm cottage feel. Quilts, custom made by your hostess add to the cozy feel when you snuggle with a good book, or just enjoy the quiet country side. The loft has a designated parking spot for two cars, or one with a trailer. If you need more space, please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements. I live on the property, but when I'm out of town, I'm available by phone. Our home is on a quiet peninsula located on Lake Champlain. It's great for walking, bike riding and nature walks. There's no public transportation, so a car is a must.
