Family home in the Heart of the National Forest

Welcome. The property is a 4 bed modern detached house located in the heart of the National Forest in Moira a few minutes away from tourist attractions such as Conkers, Moira Furnace and Hicks Lodge. We our proud of our "Super-host" listing. Many of our guests live in different parts of the country and find that this centrally located position is a great position to host a get together amongst families and friends mid-way between. The main bedroom has a king size bed and tv. It's a large room and guests will have access to a clothes rail. Views look across to woodland and playing fields. The second room has a double sofa bed with a mattress topper - it's very comfortable! There is a TV. The third room has a single "jeep" bed sure to delight children with an extra single sofa bed. The fourth room has a King size. There is a further travel cot available that can be set up in any of the bedrooms and the bedrooms feature plenty of floor space to set up further inflatable beds if needed. The house has lovely social spaces and a multi-room music system linked to a web music service that can be accessed by guests. The living room TV is connected to net flicks, Amazon prime and now tv. The kitchen / lounge / diner is a real feature of the house with a dining table that can be extended to accommodate 10 diners if needed. The kitchen area is well set up for cooking with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and Rangemaster range cooker. There is a good size garden with comfortable patio furniture and an eating area for al fresco dining. You will have access to the house and garden. There are 2 car parking spaces and street parking. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 40mb wifi, Sky TV You will be able to contact us via phone/text/e-mail. The house is uniquely situated to enjoy the best of the National Forest. It is a very short walk from the Conkers centre which offers everything from outdoor activities for all the family to live music from top Tribute bands in a large amphitheatre. Only a few hundred meters in the other direction is the Moira Furnace, a lovely tourist attraction with artisan shops that regularly hosts events from Cider to Folk festivals. In the same village guests can enjoy Hicks Lodge, a wonderful cycle centre There are 2 children's play parks within a 1 minute walk. An 8 minute drive to from/to the M42 junction 11 We will vacate the house during your stay and will work around you for check in/check out times as best we can.
