A stunning and unique property

Oakfield Barn is set in a quiet corner of the village and is an ideal place to stay for easy accessibility to all the lovely places to visit in Norfolk. There is plenty of room for parking and turning round. Downstairs is a small area with table and chairs, sink, coffee, tea, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery. We are happy for you to bring small children but please bring your own travel cots, bedding etc. Please message if you require any further details/requirements. A upstairs bedroom with built in wardrobes, a comfortable king size bed and fresh cotton bedding. Newly decorated. Two armchairs and table, to sit and read or just contemplate your days out. Across a small landing is the private bathroom with bath and over bath shower, hand basin and toilet. Private access through the side door leading into the kitchenette. Table and chairs, with fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster, plates, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc. We are around most of the time to offer any assistance. Yaxham is a small village, but the town of Dereham is only 5 minutes away by car. Most of the well known supermarkets and stores are in Dereham. There is an Indian restraint in Yaxham which is situated near the old windmill. Yaxham is a great place to stay as all the great places to visit are only 30 minutes away, so very much central. Buses run regularly from Yaxham into the city. We have two dogs who you may hear from time to time. They are friendly and only letting us know that someone new is about.
