Fast Wi-fi. 3 minute walk to Brookmans Park train station for connecting to Moorgate (direct, 39 minutes), King's Cross and Finsbury Park. Very near RVC. You will be sharing the house with me, a single professional male, although I am away Monday-Friday so you will have the whole house to yourself during the week! Brand new townhouse with all the amenities you could need including private ensuite bathroom, free Wifi, smart TV, washing machine, dryer, and a small secluded garden. You will have your own front door key. Note I am away Monday-Friday. The whole 4 bedroom house is yours during this time, but I will always be contactable by phone should you need me. I am around for most of Saturday and Sunday mornings. Brookmans Park is a very tranquil and leafy village near Hatfield which benefits from the Brookmans Gastropub, Cooperative supermarket (open 7am-10pm every day), and at least 5 restaurants all within 2 minute walk from the house. The RVC is also very nearby. 2 minute walk to Brookmans Park train station for connections to Moorgate (direct, 39 min), Finsbury Park and Kings Cross (31 mins, 1 change at Potters Bar). Trains come every 10-15 minutes. If you checkin during between Monday - Friday, there is a secure key deposit on the exterior of the house. I will give you the code when you confirm your booking.
