Lovely studio for two in central Leigh on Sea

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. Small kitchen with sink fridge and microwave Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. There is a table which is both suitable for eating or as a computer work space. There is a utility room for the use of the studio if required. The studio is surrounded by restaurants and bars serving no end of delicious food from all aspects of culinary origins. The space is for the sole use of guests. I am either here in another apartment or on the end of the phone. The space is close to all amenities. There is everything you need within a few hundred meters. From restaurants, bars and cafes, homemade bakery’s and a butcher, fishmonger and greengrocers. There are boutique clothes shops and gifts shops. There is a very nice small park across the road and of course it is a five minute walk to Leigh Old Town and the beach. Walking in Leigh is both a pleasure and the best way to get around. There is a very quick to respond taxi service and we are a ten minute walk from Leigh station which runs on the Fenchurch street line, directly into the City of London. There are parking restrictions on the direct road outside but free all day parking in local street. There is also a very fairly priced public car park a few moments away. Southend airport is 12 mins away by car. Leigh train station is 3 mins away by car and a 12 min walk. You can walk,into the centre of Southend and it’s seafront attractions in less than one hour from here.
