There are three bedrooms, two with water beds and one with quality hotel mattresses. From the bedrooms there is an exit to a 45m2 large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and appliances (toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, induction, ice maker, freezer, refrigerator). The house stands on a plot of 8,000 m2. It has a large grass area, a balcony 8 meters long. Outside there is a children's playground and a large barbecue on wood, charcoal, gas and a brick oven. Everything is available for use by advanced agreement. The property offers a heated outdoor pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a sauna. There is also a wellness center in the same building, available to guests at an additional cost. The wellness area includes a shower and toilet, a large jacuzzi, loungers and two different saunas. Nearby you can visit Dolenjske Toplice, Šmarješke Toplice, Čateške Toplice, Otočec, Kostanjevica na Krki, Ljubljana Zoo, Ljubljana Castle and many other sights. The Aladdin Ranch Zoo, which is interesting for children, is only a 12-minute drive away. In Otočec, only 18 minutes from the accommodation, they offer walking and cycling in the castle park, playing golf and tennis, culinary delicacies in the castle café and restaurant.
