Maison de l'Etang, is situated in the hamlet of Troncais and beside the beautiful 40 acre fishing lake. The house has two separate, simply appointed, apartments, both overlook the lake with superb uninterrupted, panoramic views. The first apartment has a spacious hall leading into the 'L' shaped lounge area with double french doors leading onto a traditional balcony (lovely for cool breezes on those scorching hot days!). The apartment also contains a kitchen/diner. From the hall there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Kitchen and dining. Very sunny bright kitchen area with, electric kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, washing machine, iron/ironing board,dishwasher, all cutlery and kitchens utensils, crockery and pans. Most important, a welcome 'Bouteille de vin' (a bottle of wine). Living rooms. Wonderful, 2 way aspect of the lake with french windows onto the balcony.
