Big and bright house 30 minutes from Copenhagen

Big and bright house in a family-friendly neighborhood in the countryside close to the forest. Quiet and relaxing surroundings in a blind alley with a playground. Lovely garden with a lot of flowers and vegetable patches. The house has two wooden terraces with a roofed garden lounge.There is a ping pong table, a big gas grill and a ball grill The house is close to the medieval town Køge, where there is a marina and a beach. From there it’s a quick and easy trip to Cph. 12 beds + one baby bed. There are five bedrooms with twin beds + a sofa bed for two persons in the tv-room. A baby bed at disposal. A big living room with a sofa, a wood stove, and a dining room. There is a PlayStation three and four, and a Wii. There are three TVs, whith the possibility for a connection to your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account. The three TVs have Apple TV 3. The house has a fiber network and good coverage throughout the whole house. We have two aquariums with a little turtle and fishes. It’s in a family-friendly neighborhood with a playground, football pitch, tennis ground (we have two rackets and balls to it), skater ram, aerial cableway, etc. Residential neighborhood close to the forest (5min) with good shopping options: 3 supermarkets (Rema1000, SuperBrugsen and Netto), bakery, restaurants (pizza and sushi) and pharmacy, 3 minutes from the house by car. 10 minutes from Køge Torv and Køge marina, 15min from the beach, 4min from the highway, 10min from Køge st, 35min from Copenhagen center in car. 40min from Køge Nord st. to Copenhagen H in S-train. Bus stop to Køge 5min from the house. ´
