Enjoy relaxing holidays in a protected nature area, at our lush 5 ha. estate. Our double room is suitable for couples or single travelers. Amenities include an independent entrance, private terrace with garden furniture, double bed, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower, small refrigerator (no kitchen), parking space. For families of up to 4, we also offer independent guest houses. We are located within the protected Natura area of Kyparissia Gulf on the Ionian Sea. Our estate, with an area of 4,500 sq m, is fenced and covered with lawn. We have planted mainly Mediterranean species such as olive trees, citrus, lavender, oleander, osier, aloes. You can reach me 24/7 at my mobile phone. Enjoy the tranquility and nature in our property, located in a rural area full of olive groves, within the highly protected the NATURA network. At 0,5 km, you will find the coastal fishing village of Kakovatos, with convenience stores and good dining options. At about 800 meters, swim at the crystal clear Ionian Sea and walk the endless golden beach of Kyparissia Gulf, where the caretta-caretta turtles nest in the soft sand. Banks, medical services, S/M and shopping at the town of Zacharo (Sugar Town), at 5 km distance. An open air farmers market takes place in Zacharo on Tuesdays. Buy your olive oil, olives, honey, and local specialties at producers' prices ! We recommend the use of private means of transport for traveling in the region. In the village of Kakovatos there is a taxi. From the town of Zacharo, buses depart to Pyrgos, Kyparissia, Patras, Athens, Kalamata, Tripoli and elsewhere . Cyclists are warmly welcome to our guesthouse and our region offers excellent routes ! In case of special preferences or allergies, kindly let us know when booking.
