Cutest house on the block!

Very cute small house with open floor plan and a loft-like master suite upstairs. Walking distance everything - our favorite coffee shop, a liquor and wine store, grocery store, drugstore, bagels, pizza, Chinese, with fine dining downtown a 5 minute drive. There are two bedrooms, but set up best for professional couple or a single person. Office too with desk and printer waiting for your laptop! We love our gas fireplace - it makes the space very cozy! All of house, garage, sunny patio with sunbrella, covered front porch with chairs for rainy days or shade, property is completely yours to use, This is our home when we're not in Alaska, and we want you to enjoy it for short-term work stays or while you're looking for your own home in the Utica-New Hartford-Clinton-Whitesboro area. We also have other places to stay so if you have a need to stay longer, we are flexible, and we have managers close by if we're not! This part of Utica is considered the Arts District - the MWP Art Museum is close by, and Domenico's Coffee Shop hosts "The Other Side" around the corner with artist exhibits and performances. Bus route one block, hospitals very close. The Parkway with lovely switchback trails is a short drive or walk away as well as city tennis courts, a zoo, and golf course.
