This beautiful 2.5 acre fully fenced in private property has gardens, an in-ground pool & pool house with an outdoor heated shower. Our home offers 2 kitchens, dining room seating 12, a great room, 3 bedrooms with private sitting areas & lower level with 2 bunk beds (bottoms are full beds) & exercise area. Outside are 2 grills & chiminea. We are 3 miles from the beach, shopping/cafes, 45 minutes from Boston (on a train route) and 20 minutes to Cape Cod. POOL can be HEATED for $500.00/Visit. 2 full kitchens with stoves, fridges, microwaves & dishwashers. 3 separate bedrooms w/ sitting areas on the 3rd level 1 bedroom on walk out level; 2 bunk beds with 2 full size beds on bottom and 2 twin beds on top The dining room seats 12, can accommodate 2 more comfortably All three levels have central air conditioning. Window air conditioning units exist in each of the upper bedrooms as we've found that guests often like their sleeping temperature at different levels. Cable with movie channels & wifi Lower level for teens or singles to watch tv, play games in a dormitory setting. A main family room that will seat 10+ & a separate living room for conversations without distraction The property includes manicured gardens and a natural perimeter. Plenty of room for outside games! Walk the property to enjoy the flora & fauna. POOL IS OPEN from May 15th -Sept. 10th, WEATHER permitting For $400.00 per week EXTRA the POOL can be HEATED. Large pool and spa (NOT hot tub) Pool house with dishes, glasses, cutlery for around the pool and are Dishwasher safe. Heated outdoor shower Private yard completely fenced in 2 gas grills 2 large outdoor tables 1 chimnea Ample Parking for 6-8 vehicles We meet our guests at check in, provide a tour of the house & its amenities. We stay a short distance down the road during a rental period so we are available should our guests need anything . During the summer we maintain the property by watering the flowers and making sure the pool is clean and ready for guests to enjoy. We will arrange with guests the best time to visit to complete these duties. Quiet. Bedrooms include guest towels and the pool house includes plenty of beach towels for the pool. Bedroom bureaus & closets easily accommodate guest belongings. Within 5 minutes, plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery & beverage stores!
