Newly refurbished and independent guest suite with private access. A welcoming and clean space set in the beautiful Sussex countryside, yet very accessible from both London & Gatwick. The suite is perfect for either an overnight stay or short break for anyone wishing to enjoy the tranquility of this rural location. The ensuite double bedroom has a comfortable king bed. One more guests can be accommodated in the small living room on a sofa bed. We have a lovely private suite on the first floor of our charming country cottage which is perfect for couples or a small family. There is a main ensuite bedroom with a comfy king sized bed and newly installed bathroom. We offer flexible check in after 3pm as you can access the space using a key held in a secure key box at the property. A separate reception room provides a perfect area to relax with sofa, television and tea and coffee making space. The sofa can be converted into a double bed if required. Outside there is a dedicated parking space on our private driveway. Although most of the garden is private, there is an area set aside with a table and chairs which can be used during your stay. The area is very rural and there are plenty of footpaths nearby. You may be fortunate enough to see the resident deer or other wildlife. More information on walks and the area is available on request. We live in the other side of the house so are close by if you need anything during your stay. Our location has amazing views stretching right across to the South Downs and set within an area of outstanding natural beauty. West Hoathly is a quiet Sussex village renown for its historic centre and charming local pub, the Cat Inn, adjacent to the village church. There are a network of local footpaths allowing visitors to explore the area, surrounding villages and stunning Wealden landscape Most of our guests arrive by car providing them the freedom to explore the surroundings, parking is provided . We are a 15-20 minute drive from Haywards Heath, East Grinstead and Gatwick Airport, so welcome guests who choose to arrive by taxi (or Uber from Gatwick) then explore on foot once arrived. A continental breakfast is provided in your suite and includes fresh bread, jams, yoghurt, berries and a bowl of fruit. There is also a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Milk and orange juice can be found in the mini fridge.
