In the basement you have a table tennis room with table football and darts, and a gym with a pool table and a cozy bar next door. The property is located in the rural area of Burgkirchen. It is a quiet, secluded place that invites for walking. Also bicycle tours on the designated bike trails invite.   It is a cozy room on the 1st floor of a farmhouse (no livestock, alpacas only). The room was paid to the use of natural materials. Attractions: Distance 15 km: Burghausen (longest castle in the world), Altötting (pilgrimage) Marktl (the birthplace Benedict) Distance within 1 - 1.5 hours: Salzburg, Passau, Chiemsee, Munich A barbecue area with gas or wood grill, a sunbathing area and a gazebo can be used. In the basement of a table tennis room with table football, darts and a fitness room with a billiard table are at your disposal. In the small cozy bar next door, you can refuel. As a contact person, I am happy to assist you. Numerous brochures for recreational activities are on. The house is on a hill between Burgkirchen and Hirten. My neighbors are 100 meters away. Most of the guests use this as a starting point to various sights for relaxing or hiking, biking. The house is surrounded by nature. The free parking is in the yard. An overview of transport I can put together if necessary. Since the apartment is located in the countryside it would be advantageous if you are mobile. But is not a requirement. Train 5 km, bus 3 km, by taxi 7 km or a fee I can take. A discounter, baker or a butcher's restaurant located in the radius of 5 km.
