This newly renovated country house is set in one of the most idyllic settings, with views over open fields with barley swaying in the sunshine and sheep beyond. The house is set in two and a half acres of manicured gardens with a large heating swimming pool, Gym, Hot tub and tennis court, the gardens have been planted by an award winning designer and display established plants with an abundance of lavender, roses with seasonal flowers in all areas. The house has been renovated to a very high standard which includes a hand made kitchen with a large four oven Aga and brand new appliances, the house has been decorated in neutral colours with brand new carpets throughout and four new bathrooms, all with power showers. The scheme is french country house, as I have acquired many interesting antiques from the South of france, There are several large sofas in four receptions rooms with a mix of designer cushions, designer lamps and all of the accessories that create elegant, yet comfortable living. The house can be used as one large property with five bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house, with two further bedrooms in the converted stone barn. For those requiring accommodation for staff or guests, the stone barn can be separated and then the property can be used as two separate dwellings. This property is ideal for luxury country living, the accommodation is fairly open plan, the large family room provides views of the gardens all around and doors which lead straight onto one of the many patio areas. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL RENTAL PROPERTY the fixtures and fittings are extremely luxurious and the cupboards are full of fine china, cut glasses and ample dining facilities for entertaining or celebrating. There are three areas to dine al fresco all with large tables and chairs, including the covered veranda which overlooks the pool and there are plenty of areas to sit with a fire pit . All of the bedrooms have luxurious brand new linen and newly purchased luxurious towels in all of the bathrooms. The whole feel is luxury and a very special place to stay. You can sit on the top of the garden enjoy glass of wine and watch the sun go down while the children play in the pool or use the swing near the fish pond. The house feels like a stone house you would typically find in Provence or the hills of Italy. This is arguable the most luxurious place to stay with no other property comparable to this standard of living.
