No. 1 The Studio has been refurbished to a high standard with your comfort and relaxation in mind. A contemporary, vaulted space with carefully chosen furnishings, highlighted with a mix of colours, to create a well presented home for couples or families with older children. The bungalow is in a private gated courtyard with it's own enclosed and walled garden and private parking space for one car (additional parking in nearby roads.) Virgin TV, 350mb broadband and fast Wifi throughout. No. 1 The Studio is in New Milton, in the heart of the New Forest, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are endless walking/cycling routes and acres of heather moorland to explore. Ponies, cattle and donkeys can be seen wandering openly on the roads, and there are miles of cliffs and beaches nearby. The high street is less than 5 minutes walk away offering restaurants, shops, a butcher, Post Office and a department store. There is a main line station (London Waterloo to Weymouth), good road links and ample by ways to explore. Nearby towns of Lymington, Christchurch, Bournemouth and Lyndhurst each have their own individual attractions. This is a self contained single storey dwelling with its own garden so guests have unrestricted access. We live 5 minutes away and can be contacted by phone at any time to help you throughout your stay. Central for exploring the New Forest and miles of coastline. Mainline train to London Waterloo (1h 50 mins) . Bournemouth & Southampton Airports (within 45mins) Good road network, cycling and forest walks. Bus services to all local towns and cities. Ferry to Isle of Wight (from Lymington 8 miles) N.B. This beautiful holiday retreat will be spotlessly cleaned and aired between guests and extra sanitizing measures have been put in place. To this end our check in time has been extended to 4pm to allow time for a meticulous job. Not suitable for children under 10 years of age. One well behaved dog is welcome (no puppies please). The garden is secure. A dog will incur an additional fee of £30. Please be sure to notify us if you are bringing a dog.
