Guest house "Cottage of art Pakalnes" with 6 rooms and large living rooms is located on the territory of the Gauja national Park in a picturesque location surrounded by the hills, ponds and forests. Double-deck house with a second light fully equipped for a cozy and comfortable stay. There is Wi-Fi, two TVs, a small gym. Three bathrooms. You can rent both individual rooms and the whole house. The rooms are quite spacious and can fit the needs of campers, can accommodate extra sleeping places or desks. In the neighboring building there is a Russian sauna with brooms, cold pool and pool table. In summer, guests can enjoy a swim in the pond and relaxing on the beach. On a pond near the house there is a gazebo with sofas-rocking chairs. Large beautiful grounds around the Cottage of art suits for walks, creative and contemplative recreation. 10 km from Cottages of art is one of the most interesting cities of Latvia – Sigulda, called the "Latvian Switzerland". Sigulda is one of the favorite places of rest of residents and tourists. Aside from its natural beauty and historical monuments, Sigulda is famous for its amusement parks. There is only one in Latvia cableway aerial tram and many other attractions. For the winter lovers there are ski slopes. On the other hand, in 3 km from us is another interesting and beautiful town of Latvia – Līgatne. The city is a historical paper mill. The town has an interesting zoo, a Soviet secret bunker, equipped as a Museum. There you can admire the cliffs and caves. After traveling through the neighborhood as nice to relax on the beach of cottages of art, in the gazebo by the pond, in the bath, or on couches in front of TV! On-site Creative Сottage there are wonderful places for plein air and a small zoo. For those who want to express themselves in art, there are art supplies.
