Lovely Stay between Fashion District and Downtown

This mediterranean styled home is perfect for a visit to Arnhem. It's a 5 min. walk to citycenter. Located between the Heart of Arnhem and the Fashion District wich has developed itself into a creative area fully dedicated to fashion, design, art, vintage stores and lovely food. You can actually visit allmost everything in a very short walk, even the famous Park Sonsbeek is about 10 minutes walk. Within 5 min. walk there are still severaI streets where you can park your car for free! The house is cozy and bright, it has a serene atmosfere with botanical elements. A perfect stay for a couple or 2 friends or for you only! Spacious living room of 40m2 with a wooden floor with an adjoining half open kitchen with concrete countertop, gas hob, convection oven. Nespresso/ Capuccino maker, kettle, various spices and tea types free to use! Teack table including 4 chairs, 3 seater sofa. 1 Bedroom with view and access to the bright covered patio, double bed and a 2 pers. built-in wardrobe. Most important is that you enjoy your stay and feel at home. During your stay i will not be at home but you will have my phone number when there are questions/or in case you need help finding the most special places in Arnhem. One bedroom with view and access to the patio, double bed (160 x 200) and a built-in wardrobe incl. towels and sheets. Iron. Living- and diningroom Netflix and WIFI Bathroom with shower and toilet incl. shampoo, soap, toiletpaper, hairdryer.! Kitchen Hall with cloakroom where you can take your shoes off please! Important to know: I live here myself mostly when there are no guests so you will find a few personal things in the house wich make it cozy.
