Quiet, peaceful location overlooking fields and Tinto Hill. Beautiful historic house situated in wooded area. Apartment is located on the first floor, which provides lovely views over the estate. The bedroom is located on a private floor upstairs. Guests have shared access to the dining room. The bedroom has an en-suite. Owner is always available to answer any questions and help you make the most of your stay. Doreen’s home is located in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, United Kingdom. House is situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by fields which are perfect for walks. Places of interest close by include the Lanark Golf Course, New Lanark Heritage Centre, Lanark Lifestyles Swimming Pool and Baths, Clyde Valley garden centres and the local farmers market, which is held every Monday. There is also a yoga teacher who lives locally and is available to do one-to-one yoga sessions by prior arrangement (if you'd like to book this in advance, please contact the owner). House is situated a 10 minute walk from Lanark train and bus stations, with a taxi rank at the station. Access to Edinburgh and Glasgow by car in less than an hour. If bringing your car, there is free parking available just outside the apartment. The owner can not be held responsible for cars parked in the parking area. Lanark has some lovely restaurants you will be spoiled for choice.
