Old farm house located in a no traffic street in the small village of Oyes in the heart of the Champagne region. 120 km from Paris, 90 km from Disneyland. The house has a big garden with many trees a big pool house with sauna and shower as well as an outdoor kitchen and a large shed (2600 square metres) The house: Down stairs: Equipped kitchen with big fireplace and dining area, cosy living room with sitting area, Bedroom #1 with double bed and baby cot, Bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs: Toilet. Bedroom #2, very large with bunk beds plus 2 single beds. Bedroom #3 with double bed and single bed. Bedroom #4 with a double bed and baby cot. Bathroom with shower. Central heating, washing machine, dryer, tv, microwave, wi-fi, fire wood all included in the price. For the kids, baby cot with duvet, high chair, trampoline and table tennis. Darts. Pool house with sauna, shower and sitting/dining area Beds will be nicely made up for you. Towels are provided. I am online for support before and during your stay. The village is very quiet, located nex to the Marais de Saint Gond, within a radius of 10 km there are (almost) uncountable champagne houses, may of which offer tastings. You will need a car to come to the village, as public transport is not close. The closest train station is in Epernay (35km) We are flexible as far as check-in and check out is concerned, let us know what your needs are. However if nothing has been agreed upon, check in is at 16:00 and check-out before 10:00
