Around 40,000 visitors come annually to the folk festival at a picnic in the may flower forest with traditional hand-baked bread, handkees, radishes, wine spritzer and a Stein-Bellheim beer. Our roof studio offers a living room / bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, 1 pull-out sofa bed, workspace with table and 2 chairs, dog bed, TV and fan with air conditioning. The kitchen-cum-living-room including food bar, cookware, dishwasher, oven, stove and refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher and dog bowls. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, ironing stadium and pull-out clothesline. In the entrance area there is a fragrant Feng Shui garden to linger. The practice in the basement invites you to beauty, wellness, health and anti-aging treatments. Enjoy design, aesthetics and nature and just let your mind wander. The studio has a separate entrance and is located on the top floor of a training institute and practice building.
