Beach house at Sounio

Great big house next to the sea, 5 minutes away from Sounio. The accommodation offers a wonderful view to the sea, being in a peaceful region giving the opportunity for biking, running or walking. Also, it offers parking area and a beautiful garden. It is located 8 kilometres away from port of Laurio, that is connected with some of islands of Aegean Sea and 42 kilometres away from airport ''Eleftherios Venizelos''. The distance from the centre of Athens is about 65 kilometres. The house has 5 different bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, balconies and a flowering garden. The balconies have view to the private garden and the Xarakas beach, that is 5 five minutes away (walking distance). Free parking area is available into the facilities. The whole accommodation is available. I am available for any possible question or more information. The house is at the south suburbs of Athens, 5 minutes away from Sounio. It offers an admirable view to the sea. The nearest beach is Xarakas beach, exactly in the front side of the house, 5 minutes walking distance. It's a sandy beach that offers some umbrellas, sunbeds and a beach bar. It's one of the biggest beaches of Attica, giving enough space to all and being a privilege to these that love playing or running next to the sea. A second beach is located 10-15 minutes of walking distance away. It's named Kape, a rocky beach with fine sand and light blue colours. It's not organised, it offers only a small canteen. Weekdays are not too crowded. Bus station is 150 metres away (transportation to the centre of Athens - one bus per hour). There is parking area into the facilities.
