Welcome at our holiday home, build in farm style with a modern interior. Peace, space and nature for an affordable price. Situated in the outskirts of the "Achterhoek" near the Ijssel, Veluwezoom, Posbank and Park Hoge Veluwe. Garden with furniture and a beautiful view. In the house is an infra-sauna and fitness equipements available. A beautiful Golfcourse is just 3,5 km away from our house. Baby cot and high chair are present. The house was built in 2010 and has a modern interior. It has two bedrooms upstairs (both with a sink and mirror), 2 x 2 persons and a storage room upstairs for clothes and luggage. The ground floor has a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower, eat and living area, a fully equipped kitchen and the entrance. In the 60m² basement you can find the sauna and sport facilities. Outside are three parking spaces and options to stall bikes inside and charge electric bikes. The terrace has a sitting area and a lounge part. The terrace is faced to the south, so you can enjoy the sun for a long time. If it is too hot in summer, you can pick a chair and sit under the apple trees in another part of the garden. Bedlinnen and towels are available. When you arrive you can park your car on the right next to the house. Our guests have access to the basement with sport facilities and sauna, the ground floor (living room, bathroom, kitchen and dinner table) and the first floor with the two bedrooms and a walk-in closet. Ousite we we have a big garden and a terrace for you with a fine lounge sofa and a beautiful view. We are always available for questions, help or tips, preferably by phone. The holiday home is situated in the beautiful outskirts of Drempt in the Achterhoek near the river Ijssel. A beautiful footpath will lead you through the fields and past the nearby vineyard and beerbrewery. The cozy old towns Doesburg and Brockhorst are close by, just like the bigger cities Doetinchem, Zutphen and Arnhem where every shop- and culture fanatic can induldge themselves. The options for Golfers, hikers and cyclists are endless in the Achterhoek, Hoge Veluwe and Montferland. We appreciate our privacy between 22.00 and 07.30 o'clock. We have decorated the house with love and hope that our guests will treat it as their own. If something breaks please tell us, so we can replace it for the next guests. Check-in time is after 15:00-16:00 hrs (CET) and check-out is 10:00 o'clock, because we need the tim to clean up for the next guests.
