It has a tennis court (gently shared with our neighbour), a swimming pool open from June to September a Jacuzzi, and a Pétanque strip. A perfect environment for stays among friends, families, or even colleagues. Ideal for sport, relaxation, kids, and nature lovers, the property is situated 1h30 drive from Paris airports or train station. The house was built in the late 18th century and has of course been renovated several times, and even got extended (with the jacuzzi room) We've had it for over 20 years and have never stopped to take care of it, without corrupting its "Normande" identity. It offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, a large reception with a traditional fireplace, and a large dining room. Apart from tennis, swimming pool and jacuzzi, we put at your disposal also a ping-pong table (from May to September), a badminton set, and a barbecue.
