From the kitchen / living room there is direct access to the large 3 x 12 m veranda, table, chairs and umbrella, panoramic view. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WI-FI, TV-SAT, barbecue. Salt water swimming pool (8x4.5x1.45h) for exclusive use, solarium and sunbeds. Garden: private garden (200 m2) fenced (1.40 m fence). The whole house is located on the ground floor and is also accessible to people with motor problems. Pets allowed at no extra charge (only small and medium size). Final cleaning: € 60.00 to be paid in cash on arrival.
