The Cottage is divided among three levels: - on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room with fireplace and a comfortable dining room for six people. - on the first floor a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed, and a large bathroom with tub. - on the second and last floor, a third bright double bedroom with velux window, from which you can admire the sky directly lying in bed. The Cottage is located inside the well-kept Fonte Fracassi Residence Park, equipped with a large cgarden, free indoor and outdoor parking, barbecue area, children's play area and on-site concierge 24h for any emergency. The entire cottage is at your complete disposal. The cottage is a portion of a villa within a Residence park, so the access terrace and entrance could be shared with other guests. This property guarantees CLEANING and DISINFECTION in compliance with World Health Organization guideline standards to prevent COVID-19. I will receive you personally at check-in, to briefly introduce you the house and give you some tips to enjoy it in maximum comfort. During your stay, for any kind of eventuality I will always be available by phone, while the residence guardina will always be available on site for any emergencies. Upon your arrival at check-in, each guest will be requested a valid ID (Passport or Identity card).
