A modern house in the heart of the historic town
This lovely two bedroom house is situated in the very heart of Cirencester, with direct access to all that this beautiful, historic Cotswold town has to offer. The shops, restaurants & pubs are literally on the doorstep, making this the ideal base from which to explore. The busy market square, dominated by the impressive John the Baptist Church, is just around the corner. The house has been recently built & is beautifully appointed. It comes with one private parking space. This house makes an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds. In the heart of the town, everything you need is on the doorstep so this is a really convenient location. The ground floor living room/kitchen is open plan with plenty of storage for cloaks and with a ground floor WC. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed), both with generous walk in cupboards and they share a shower room between them. The decor is taseful, modern and bright. Parking in Cirencester can be tricky but the house comes with its own parking space and is situated opposite the Forum Carpark where parking is free after 3pm each afternoon. You will be given access to the keys to the property and instructions on where to park, how to get in, wifi codes and so on via email. You will also get an emergency contact number. Cirencester is a fantastic historical town in the heart of the Cotswolds and this little house is right in the thick of it. There are lots of lovely boutiques, shops, restaurants and pubs. M&S Food is on the doorstep and we highly recommend The Barn Theatre with its lovely restaurant which is a short stroll away. There are plenty of eating out options and if you are looking for particular recommendations, please don't hesitate to ask.
