INTERIOR Set on the natural slope of a hill above the sea, the villa is divided over two levels. On the ground level, there is an open-plan area that consists of a well-fitted kitchen and living room area with a cosy sofa and a fireplace. If requested, the sofa can be turned into a bed to accommodate an extra, 7th guest. On this level, there is the first bedroom that features a queen bed and a private marble bathroom. The bedroom has direct access to the pool area. A staircase leads up to the second level, where the second en-suite bedroom is set. It features a king-size bed and a private marble bathroom. This bedroom has access to a private, spacious terrace, equipped with patio furniture and privileged with the most stunning, unobstructed views of the whole area around the villa and the mesmerising Aegean Sea. A third, en-suite, ample master bedroom of 50sqm is located on the ground floor. This bedroom is accessible through its own private entrance, thus enjoys full privacy and independence. It features a king-size bed and a deluxe marble bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. All furniture and textiles have been carefully chosen to provide guests will luxurious aesthetics and quality standards. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite smart TVs. Stavros village is gifted with spellbinding beaches of crystal clear, blue water. The nearest beach is Maherida and it is 800m away from the villa. A stunning little beach with white sand and turquoise water is shaped in the centre of the bay, surrounded by sharp rocks. As the sea currents change directions several times a day, and because of the fact that it is not an organised beach, the water here is as clear as it gets.
