Bathroom is spacious with a luxurious bath perfect for bubbles The back garden has a small planted space and a patio area perfect for relaxing The property is a minute walk from acres of beautiful woodland, streams and wildlife known as the Peninne Trail. high ceilings, open living look from kitchen into the living and dining room, stylish space but not overpowering, small but smart kitchen, with microwave, oven toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer space. TV with dvd and a selection of DVDs to use free wifi, 2 large bedrooms with double beds and storage, also single bedroom all with nice decor and smart bedding, towels and linen provided with shampoo, and loo roll, shower in bath for washing and rinsing (not full shower) outside we have a patio area leading to a small grassed area, a nice space to relax, or for children and dogs to play, safely as it is gated, with the ancient woodland close by and all the things you need for your stay, fridge, washing machine, , hair dryer, tv, dvd, we have tried to create an affordable space with character and, hope you enjoy your stay, in our happy old house, you have full acsess to the drive parking, rear garden and the whole house we ask to keep furniture in the place it has been put do not remove pictures or other items please keep windows shut when out and turn all lights off when not in the property, brimington common is a suburb of chesterfield, short distance to historic market town, we are close to sheffield, mansfield, historic house such as Hardwick hall and chatsworth, we have numerous supermarkets close and 2 pubs and 2 shops in walking distance, easy acsess to chesterfield canal walls and great pennine way, through ancient woodland, also within Chesterfield is the famous crooked spire, the chesterfield museum and two theatres, plenty of shops and quaint places to eat and drink with meadow hall only a 20 minute drive away, after all this hustle and bustle the peak district is with 15 minutes, alton towers is about an hours drive, matlock bath is around 25 minutes
