Located 2 mins walk from Burnham Overy Staithe quay and directly opposite the large village playing fields with tennis courts, playgrountd, zip wire, half pipe etc. The cottage features a good sized kitchen with breakfast table, a dining room, two bright bedrooms, a sitting room with a wood burner, a bathroom with separate shower and a utility room with a refrigerator, freezer and washer/dryer. The cottage has storage heaters throughout, is freshly decorated (June 2020) and has a brand new 200 litre immersion heater to allow for a relaxing soak in the cast iron bath. The dining room comfortably seats six people around a large farmhouse table. The sitting room has a wood burner, flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick as well as board games for entertainment, a three seat chesterfield sofa, with two additional comfortable chairs. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. An additional bed (camp bed) can be supplied by prior arrangement. The property is non-smoking. There is an enclosed garden with pub style dining bench for six as well as garden seating and BBQ. The outside dining area is private leading out onto a large garden that is shared to allow space for children (and/or dogs!) to play freely, The overall garden is dog secure There is ample free parking in front of the cottage. Fuel for wood burner and charcoal for BBQ can be supplied by prior arrangement. Key safe Burnham Overy Staithe is well known for it’s stunning beaches and dunes.
