We offer a private En-suite room with 2 single beds, free Wi-fi, both French and EnglishTV, and provide continental breakfast outdoors or in the room. Access to the room via an external staircase, with adjacent parking, there is also an outside seating area. We have secure parking for bicycles with mains electricity points for charging batteries. We are close to the Greenway. Room €60.00 per night. Outside seating area, free car parking adjacent to the accommodation, beautiful views over open countryside. Outside space weather permitting We are here most times, we live on the property. If you are thinking of buying in this lovely area we have, and are willing to chat about it. Set in beautiful rural countryside, close to Sourdeval town, with bars, restaurants and shops. A car or bicycle is recommended for getting around the area. During the Covid 19 pandemic breakfast will be served in your room or in the garden, weather permitting. We will be socially distancing at all times and will wear a face mask if we have to enter your room for any reason. We will supply soap and a hand sanitizer in your room.
