The house has two master bedrooms + one little single bedroom that share a living room and a kitchenette. The master bedrooms have their own bathroom/shower, air conditioning, independent heating, internet wi-fi. The firs master bedroom is the Artist`s Room: a comfortable bedroom with private balcony. The second master bedroom is the Musician`s Room: a bedroom with four poster bed. It communicates with a little room with a single bed and it can accomodate a 5th person. Kitchen with a kettle, toaster , espresso machine , coffee maker , oven and hob with cooker . The building is quiet and upstairs live just me and my wife . Possibility to reserve a private covered parking space to be paid upon place. The apartment is completely independent .
