NEW Luxury Caravan Sleeps 8

Our Sandy Bay caravan is new, modern and surprisingly spacious. It is clean and well equipped for families or for a romantic trip away. Our plot has a sea view and is a short walk from the beach. It has central heating making it lovely and warm in the winter. In the kitchen tea/coffee is provided as well as herbs. There is also a cafetière to use. We are very family friendly and can provide a cot and highchair on request. We have room for 8 guests, with a master bedroom (double bed), second bedroom (bunk with double on the bottom and single on the top), third bedroom (with single sofa bed) which doubles as a games room with x-box (with games). The light living/dining area also has a double sofa bed and large TV. We’ve also recently had brand new decking installed with plenty of room to sit and soak up the view or for children to play. There is parking right next to the caravan with enough room for more than one car. The key for the caravan will be left at reception for you to collect. The staff are very helpful and can inform you of all the activities that are on site. We’re very close to the beach and a short drive from the picturesque town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. If you like walking then Druridge Bay is fantastic. We can provide you with lots of suggestions for places to go/things to do! The holiday park itself has a swimming pool, gastro-pub, amusement arcade and entertainment on in the daytime/evening such as kids disco and bingo etc. Great for families! The holiday park is owned by Park Dean and they set the prices for activities which are : Pass per person per day is £5.50 Pass from Monday to Friday is £48.00 Pass per week is £70 This price is for the whole party not per person. You can drive right into the holiday park and there is space for more than one car next to the caravan. There is parking outside of reception for key collection.
