The 80 m² holiday flat is spread over 2 floors, which are connected by a steep staircase. It consists of a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and a day bed for 2 persons, 1 bedroom and a passage room with a single bed as well as a bathroom and therefore offers space for 5 persons. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a stove heater and satellite TV. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and soundproof windows. The private outdoor area has a garden with apple trees and seating, as well as a private barbecue area including a fire bowl where guests can prepare their own delicious dinner. For relaxation there is a sound proof wall in the garden. From the property a bakery can be reached in 2-3 minutes and 2 restaurants (2 km) on foot. A shopping centre with a pharmacy is located at the gates of the town of Neubrandenburg, which is only a 10 minute drive from the property. A golf course is in 2 km distance. The property is only 2 km away from the Tollensesee, which is also suitable for cycling tours along its shores (42 km). Several other lakes are nearby, while the Baltic Sea can be reached after 60-70 minutes by car (80-90 km) to Greifswald. Berlin can also be visited after a 2-hour drive (120 km). Street parking is available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets (maximum 1 dog) are allowed for an extra charge of 20 € per stay.
