Quiet house 5' from the beach, beautiful view.

The appartment has an area of 80sq.m., simple decoration & practical furniture. Its veranda has North-East orientation, a superb view to the sea & the surrounding area. It is located in North Peloponnese, 165km from Athens, 35km from Patras in a quiet hill at the end of Platanos village. The nearest beach is at a distance of 4km and is very clean. Food market etc and petrol station is at 14km (city of Acrata). Farmacy is at 4km & a large Hospital is at a distance of 20km (city of Aegio). The house is very pleasant,confortable and suitable for any season of the year. It is also a quiet place convenient for relaxation. Arriving to the house from Athens 1. Follow E65 (Athens-Patras). 2.Leave E65 at Exit 19- AKRATA. 3.At the bottom of the exit road, turn left to Patra (Old National Road). 4.After approx 7,5 klm, there is a road sign "PLATANOS". Turn left towards the mountain and Platanos village. 5.At a distance of 3klm there is a fork at the village entrance & a road sign. 6.Follow the right direction and after 400m there is an opening on the left( with a blue house). To the right of the blue house there is our pink house. Available for any information & help. The area around the house is quiet, suitable for long walks. The neaby village has picturesque alleys, a square with a tavern, cafeteria and a wonderf ull view. BBQ is forbidden because of the real danger of fire!!!
