A staircase leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large sun terrace. Garden for outdoor dining with garden furniture and barbecue. The area is ideal for visiting the beautiful Orta (15,5 km), from where boats leave for the nearby island of San Giulio, the "island of stone", a small medieval jewel, Arona (35 km) and the beautiful Stresa (12 km) on the shores of Lake Maggiore from where trips to the Borromeo Islands are possible. Lake Maggiore is a popular destination for sports enthusiasts, who can practice here kitesurfing and wake surfing.
