Spacious yet cosy home with spectacular views over a flood plain below. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms so that everyone can enjoy their own space. South-facing garden surrounding the whole house with mini trampoline, hammock and outside table and barbecue. At the foot of the South Downs and near Arundel and half an hour from the coast. Three fantastic pubs in walking distance from the house. Five minute drive from Amberley station with direct lines to London and the south coast. Our home is high up above a protected flood plain and has a large decking area giving incredible views from the sofa or your bed! Open plan kitchen, sofa area and two separate eating areas. Separate snug with a TV where you can close the doors and keep the noise in. Right by the South Downs, five minute drive from Amberley station with direct lines to London and the coast. There's also a great pub just 100m down the road that serves delicious food. Also near Goodwood, Arundel and Amberley Castle. Nearby villages with various restaurants - Chinese delivers to the house! The house is yours! There is just one spare room that we keep locked. I'll be able to give you advice on the local area but otherwise I'll let you enjoy the space on your own. By an area of outstanding natural beauty, Pulborough RSPB, short walk up onto the South Downs and Amberley Castle. There fantastic pubs in walking distance: The Sportsman is 100m down the road, The Black Horse is a 15min walk into the local village, Amberley, and The Bridge Inn is next to Amberley station, a 40min walk from the house. Amberley is a small village with a lovely tea rooms and shop with loads of delicious fresh local produce. Parham House and Gardens is almost nearby and well worth a visit. Five minute drive from Amberley station with direct lines to the south coast, London and Gatwick airport. There are countless walking options in the area but to get further afield you'll need a car/taxi. Sorry, due to allergies, no pets under any circumstances.
