Our fully marble-tiled and underfloor heated basement floor for up to 8 persons (incl. 2 babies) is located in the idyllic Roth village next to Pfaffenhofen an der Roth and is centrally located between the main local towns: 10-15 minutes from Ulm, Neu-Ulm, Günzburg, Senden, Weißenhorn, Vöhringen and Illertissen. From here you can get to know the culture-rich environment. Many free extras included! --- This basement floor is completely tiled with marble, spacious (68 m²) and provides a relaxing retreat. It offers the following: • 1 large bedroom with 2 double beds (+ 1 baby cot), • 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (+ 1 baby cot) • 1 room between the bedrooms with an additional shower within the room • 1 separate bathroom (with shower) including the toilet • 1 fully equipped kitchen You will be alone in this floor during your entire stay. The floor will be handed over to you completely cleaned and we will clean it for you after your departure free of charge. Of course, beds are freshly made for you before you move in. There are also free towel sets & shampoo for each guest. Also, all the necessary (and more) toiletries are ready for you. By foot you can find a nice german restaurant "Adler" about 200m from our building near the church and by car in 2 minutes you can reach even more restaurants & takeaways (italian, german, turkish, ...), several backeries (Stetter, Brenner,...), super markets and drugstores (Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, Penny, ...), shops (fashion, ...), 2 gas stations (Aral, B3/TAM), banks (Sparkasse, VR), an ice cream parlor, an irish pub, .. --- The nearest bus stop is only about 200m away at the church of Roth (bus service is usually every 20-30 minutes). --- We provide you free towels, shampoo, coffee capsules etc. and of course also fast internet via wifi
