All within 11 miles from Phila.- Private peaceful studio apartment-garden like b&b with a private entrance, full kitchen, plenty of parking, outdoor patio garden seating area under string lights & pergola and an outdoor grill. Close to train into Philadelphia. Major Expressway to the Jersey shores or turnpike to New York City The space is unique and feels like a bed & breakfast vacation/getaway with a full kitchen and private entrance. The outdoor area is a garden retreat with water fixture and outdoor seating. The apartment has its own private entrance. Guests have access to the entire property, wrap around porch, outdoor patio, grill and seating. It gives me great pleasure to help out my guests during their stay. I will even go as far as providing transportation to the local train stops. Quiet, street with no traffic running through (dead end street). Suburb, yet my property is close to an acres, plenty of trees, gardens, patio areas and a massive old tree in the back corner with plenty of shade, hammock/swings. Only 1 hr. to the beach - Brigantine or Atlantic City Haddonfield, New Jersey is only 5 mins. away and offers a speedline train (12 mins.) into Philadelphia. The Black Horse Pike(route 168), Runnemede, NJ is only 2-3 mins. away with public buses running on the Black Horse Pike (rt. 168 north & south). Great location for airport: I often use Uber, Lyft to get to the Phila. International Airport, which is approx. 15-20 mins. away. I always like to surprise my guests with snacks, water, wine and some breakfast items to make their stay more enjoyable.
