Modern bungalow with 3 well presented bedrooms in a quiet cul-de-sac. This property has everything a family would need for a relaxing stay in omagh. Bedroom 1 has lots of storage a kingsize bed and a view of omaghs 3 church spires. bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double bed with ample storage. The living room has a smart TV and leads off to the dining room just off from this is a modern kitchen. We are always on hand to help as we live just opposite. We have a private covered barbeque area to the rear which is part of an enclosed yard. Lock up garage with a dog kennel off street parking for 3 - 4 cars Whole house including the garage (if you bring your bikes they will be safely locked away) we also have a safe in the house for passports cash and cards. we only live opposite to help out when needed Very quiet area with minimal traffic . It is also very safe bus station is a 5 min walk and the town service goes past the door. Off street parking for 3-4 cars the town bus service goes past the door and the bus station and taxi stand is a 5 min walk. silverbirch hotel ,spar shop , best takeaway in omagh and off-licence is a 2 min walk. You can walk into the town centre go to the leisure centre or Strule arts centre in 5 min. The new education campus is a 4 min walk.
