Well stocked designer kitchen with Nespresso machine, dishwasher and Italian 5 burner gas range, opens with a triple slider patio door onto a cozy covered patio. This holds a large gas Weber bbq for the outdoor chef and a dining table .A second larger covered patio overlooking the ocean below is the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves or watching surfers in the sunset. This patio has a luxurious seating area with a fire table. A short private trail to beach below is beside the hot tub. This 2400 square foot bungalow has heated concrete floors and a wood burning fire place, and is situated 20 meters above the high tide line.
