This old cosy cottage is located in the little village of Eckhorst, which means "Oak-forrest". Its just 7 km away from the City of Lübeck, its picturesque old town and romantical X-mas-Markets. The farming-house has 2 separate flats. While you stay e.g. downstairs in the farmers-flat with your family and the grandparents, your friends stay upstairs in the fully furnitured studio with a kitchen and a cosy little bath. There is plenty 2 see and 2 do in the region.The Baltic sea is 30 Min. away. This farmhouse was build in 1850 and is now 166 years old. Last year we renovated the whole cottage to modern standards of living. The flat downstairs has a comfootable bathroom with a big walkin-shower and a little bench, where you can sit while you take a shower. The flat upstairs has a fully equiped bath. Both flats have also w-lan and internet and TV. Downstairs you can use a x-box for entertaining, a washing-mashine, a dishwasher etc. You can also use the oven and the big garden for outdoor activities. If you come in the time of July, August or September you can eat products of the garden. For example fruits like apples, peirs, sweet cherries, plums, redcurrants, blackcurrants and raspberries. Our guests are invited to use all facilites in the house and the garden. For example the little gardenhouse, the barbeque and - on your own risk - the bicycles. During your stay we are not at the house but you can call us for questions and help. Christmas Market in Lübeck!
