A comfortable country home near Malmesbury

Our home is down a short lane in the countryside close to Malmesbury which is only 2 miles away. The house was originally a barn and has been converted over the years into the comfortable family home it is today. Full English breakfast is served in the lovely kitchen and each of the double bedrooms available have their own bath or shower room. One double room can be a twin room - please request on booking. Delicious full English or continental breakfasts are served and a two course meal can be booked in advance. Please advise on booking. We will welcome you on arrival and help you to enjoy your visit to the area. Guests have full access to the kitchen, their personal bedroom and bathroom and can use the main sitting room to read or watch television. Our garden is a lovely place to sit and read and walks directly from the house provide many opportunities and it is possible to walk easily to the Horse and Groom pub in Charlton. There are many good pubs within a five miles radius - we can give advice. By email and telephone We are close to Kemble station (7 miles) and Westonbirt Arboretum (8 Miles) and Highgrove and Tetbury (6 miles) and Cirencester (11 miles), and Malmesbury (2 miles). Gatcombe Park and Badminton are close by and James Dyson's factory is only 2 miles from us and we would welcome visitors to Dysons. We can advise where to visit, such as Tetbury, Bath, Cheltenham, the Cotswolds area and many other interesting places. Kemble station is 7 miles away but bringing a car would make it easier to get out and about as public transport is otherwise limited. With prior notice we can collect from Kemble station. There are wonderful walks from the property and lots of places to explore.
