Guests have private bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfortable chair. Happy to chat and offer advice on local facilities and places to explore or leave you to look after yourself. Located in beautiful countryside with many local walks, stunning scenery and visitor attractions including Beamish, NT Gibside, Hadrian’s Wall and historic Durham. Lumiere, a spectacular festival of light, returns to Durham on 14th – 17th November 2019 for its 10th anniversary. Local buses serve Newcastle, Gateshead MetroCentre and Durham. National rail and coach services run to both Newcastle and Durham. County Durham is popular with bikers and cyclists. Bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. If going out for the evening guests are kindly requested to return to the property by midnight unless by prior arrangement.
